1. The short version
Our apps do not collect, sell, or share your personal data. They contain no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking. Almost everything an app does happens on your device.
2. Data we collect
None, in the apps themselves. The apps do not ask you to create an account, and they do not send your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or usage to us or to anyone else. If you email us for support, we receive the email address and contents of the message you chose to send, and we use them only to reply to you.
3. Data stored on your device
Some apps keep working information — game progress, settings, jobs, calculations, or backups you create — on your device or in files you choose to export (for example, an estimate or backup saved to your Downloads folder). That information stays under your control. Some apps keep this information only for the current session, so it is cleared when the app closes; the app's store listing says so where that applies. Uninstalling an app removes its on-device data.
4. Permissions, and why
Most of our apps request no permissions, or only internet access used to load fonts and styling. The exceptions are:

5. Third parties
The apps contain no ads, no analytics SDKs, and no social-media trackers. Where an app loads fonts from Google Fonts, that request is subject to Google's own privacy policy. Google Play, as the store, may collect information under Google's policies when you download or review an app — that is handled by Google, not by us.
6. Children
Our apps are rated for general audiences on Google Play. Because the apps do not collect personal data from anyone, they do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and any change that affects how an app handles data will be reflected in that app's Google Play data-safety section.

1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to every Android app published by Mayer Barzini Designs on Google Play and listed on this hub, and to this website. By installing or using an app, you agree to these terms.
2. Licence to use the apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use. All apps are currently offered free of charge.
3. What you must not do
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute an app or its content, except where the app itself offers an export or share feature.
- Reverse-engineer an app except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Use an app to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights.
4. Your content
Anything you create inside an app — calculations, estimates, game progress, organised messages, reports — belongs to you. Because the apps work on your device and do not send that content to us, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything you export or save.
5. Estimates and calculations
Calculator and planning apps (including fencing, roofing, paint, and job-estimate tools) provide estimates for guidance only. Prices, quantities and results depend on the figures you enter and on real-world conditions. Always verify measurements, materials and costs before buying materials or quoting a customer.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, change, or discontinue any app or feature at any time. Apps in closed testing are pre-release software offered for evaluation; they may contain bugs and may change before any public release.
7. No warranty
The apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayer Barzini Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the apps, including losses based on estimates produced by a calculator app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
9. Trader status and consumer rights
Mayer Barzini Designs is declared as a trader on Google Play. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws that apply to you, including in the EEA and UK.

Common questions
Why can't I find an app on Google Play yet?
Most apps in this hub are still in closed testing or in review with Google. An app becomes visible to everyone only after Google approves production access and a production release is published — approval on its own doesn't put an app on the store.
I'm a tester — how do I get access?
Testers are invited from a fixed list for each app's closed test. If you were invited, use the opt-in link in your invitation on the same Google account it was sent to, then install from Google Play. If the link says the app isn't available, the test release may still be in review.
Do the apps collect my data?
No. The apps have no ads, no accounts and no tracking, and they don't send your personal data anywhere. The full wording is on the Privacy Policy page of this hub.
I closed an app and lost my work — can you restore it?
Some apps keep information only for the current session, and it's cleared when the app closes — the app's Play listing says so where that applies. Where an app offers Export or Download, saving a copy keeps your work safe between sessions.
Are the calculator results guaranteed?
No — they're estimates based on the figures you enter. Verify measurements and prices before buying materials or quoting a job.
